Terms & Conditions cyl8 – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the cyl8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be 18 years of age or older from the date of registration. cyl8 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when using the cyl8 platform.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information — your full name as stated on your identity card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) cyl8 account only. Registering multiple accounts in any form is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been suspended by any other betting platform due to fraud or breach of terms.

Cyl8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications that the information provided is false or incomplete. Accounts registered using false information will be closed immediately upon detection and the account balance may be held pending investigation.

2 Deposit & Payment Policy

Cyl8 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include:

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. There is no default maximum daily deposit limit, though players may set their own personal deposit limits through the Account Settings section if they wish.

Cyl8 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. cyl8 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

3 Winnings Withdrawal Policy

Cyl8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary complications. Our withdrawal policy is as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM 50.
• Withdrawal requests for identity-verified accounts are processed within less than 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• VIP Gold members and above enjoy express withdrawals with no frequency limits.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience processing delays until verification is finalised.

Cyl8 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, cyl8 will notify the player within 24 hours and may request additional documentation if necessary. Winnings obtained through methods that contravene these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for withdrawal.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cyl8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. The general guidelines that apply to all cyl8 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the relevant promotion's requirements.
• Each bonus type may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering until the rollover requirement is met before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed on different games contribute to the rollover requirement at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute at a lower rate — this will be stated in the terms of each bonus.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled unless there is a clear technical error on the part of cyl8.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and game type — these limits are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet.
• Cyl8 reserves the right to void or adjust odds in the event of a material error (such as clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault) before a bet is settled.
• For Sports Betting, official results issued by the relevant governing body (such as FIFA, BWF, etc.) are final for the purpose of settling bets.
• Bets placed after an event has started (except in permitted in-play mode) may be voided without notice.
• For casino games and virtual sports, results generated by the audited RNG system are final and cannot be disputed.

Cyl8 reserves the right to restrict or adjust betting limits for individual players where unusual betting patterns are detected or where there is potential risk to market integrity. This is standard industry practice and does not constitute discrimination against players who consistently win through skill.

6 Account Security & Data Privacy

Players are fully responsible for keeping their cyl8 account login credentials secure. cyl8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

• Use a strong, unique password for your cyl8 account — combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Security section in your account profile for an added layer of protection.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Cyl8 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Detection of duplicate registrations or use of false identities
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Intentional counter-betting across multiple accounts
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage
• Threats, abusive language, or disrespectful behaviour towards cyl8 staff or other players

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, cyl8 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an internal investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the balance may not be returned. Players have the right to appeal a suspension decision by submitting a written appeal to support@cyl8.best within 14 days of the suspension notice.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting cyl8 customer support. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to any bonus rollover requirements that may still be outstanding.

9 Terms & Conditions Amendments

Cyl8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without lengthy prior notice. However, we are committed to informing players of significant changes through the following channels:

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version (if applicable) of these Terms & Conditions, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail and be considered the official version.
